How to Submit to ToolifyNav: Free, Premium, and Highlight
Free Launch needs a Listed badge and human review. Premium ($9.90) and Highlight ($20) auto-publish after payment. Here is the exact path.
ToolifyNav is a curated AI tools directory. If you build an AI product and want it listed, you have three launch paths: Free Launch, Premium Launch ($9.90), and Highlight ($20). This guide is the honest version — what we require, what we do not sell, and which plan fits.
Pick a plan first
Free Launch is $0 with human review (about 2–3 days / Monday batch) and a required Listed badge on your site. Premium Launch is $9.90 one-time: auto-publish after payment, no badge, Featured placement labeled sponsored for 7 days. Highlight is $20 one-time for one week of a labeled highlight card in the feed.
Popular rankings stay organic. We do not sell Popular slots.
Path A — Free Launch (badge + human review)
- Go to toolifynav.com/submit and choose Free Launch.
- Fill in name, URL, category, short description, and cover image.
- Put the official Listed on ToolifyNav badge on your site (footer or about works). Copy HTML from toolifynav.com/badge.
- The badge link is nofollow on purpose. It verifies your listing — it is not a ranking exchange or a dofollow sale.
- Wait for verification + editorial review. We hold Free listings that fail the badge check.
- When it goes live, you get a permanent /item/{slug} page.
Skip Free if you need it live today, or you do not want a badge on your marketing site. Use Premium instead.
Path B — Premium Launch ($9.90)
- Open toolifynav.com/pricing or pick Premium on submit.
- Pay once via checkout (not a subscription).
- After payment clears, the listing publishes automatically — no badge, no Monday queue.
- You get a Featured badge labeled sponsored and Featured placement for 7 days.
- Your listing can link to your official site; that link is marked sponsored.
Path C — Highlight ($20 / week)
Same auto-publish idea as Premium, with a stronger labeled highlight in the directory feed for one week. Still one-time — nothing renews by itself.
Badge requirements for Free
Free listings need a verified badge before review. Premium and Highlight publish automatically after payment and do not require a badge. Use the official HTML from the badge page; keep the hosted SVG URL and native size.
What we do not offer
- Guest posts or paid link inserts into blog articles.
- Dofollow Listed badges for Free.
- Buying Popular ranking.
