Question 1

What happens after I submit?

Accepted Answer

Pick a launch plan. Free Launch goes live once the official ToolifyNav badge and backlink are verified on your site; free submissions sit in a weekly review queue. Premium and Highlight are one-time Waffo checkouts that publish automatically as soon as payment is confirmed — no manual queue.

Question 2

What do paid plans actually buy?

Accepted Answer

Exposure, not links. Premium Launch adds 7-day Featured placement. Highlight adds a labeled feed card and the homepage New Arrivals strip. Both skip the badge and publish right after payment. We do not sell links or SEO value, and the Free badge link stays nofollow.

Question 3

How long does publication take?

Accepted Answer

Free Launch goes live after the official badge and backlink are verified on your website. Paid plans (Premium Launch and Highlight) publish after payment is confirmed.

Question 4

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Start with Free Launch and upgrade a listing to Premium or Highlight from your dashboard. Each paid launch is a one-time charge, not a subscription.

Question 5

What does Premium Launch include?

Accepted Answer

Premium Launch ($9.90, one-time) publishes automatically after payment, needs no site badge, adds a Featured badge (labeled sponsored), and places your listing in Featured spots for 7 days in curated directory context. It is not a recurring subscription.

Question 6

Do I have to put a ToolifyNav badge on my site?

Accepted Answer

On Free Launch: yes. We verify a Listed badge image and a link back to ToolifyNav to confirm listing ownership. Premium and Highlight skip the badge requirement entirely.

Question 7

Does paying change my organic ranking?

Accepted Answer

No. Popular rankings stay organic and are driven by real visitor interest. Premium Launch and Highlight buy labeled placement and visibility in curated directory pages, not a higher organic rank.

Question 8

Why list on ToolifyNav instead of mass-submitting to 100 directories?

Accepted Answer

Mass-submitting to low-quality directory farms yields zero qualified users and risks search engine penalties. ToolifyNav focuses on high-intent discovery: semantic categories, competitor alternative pages, and structured Schema.org markup that helps both search engines and modern AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) discover and cite your product.

Question 9

How does ToolifyNav optimize for AI search and answer engines (GEO)?

Accepted Answer

Every approved listing features standardized SoftwareApplication JSON-LD metadata, crawl-friendly architecture, and curated category context. When AI models retrieve web sources for software recommendations or competitor alternatives, your ToolifyNav profile serves as an authoritative, verified third-party entity.

Question 10

Is there a refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Paid launches come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your listing, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.

Question 11

Is Highlight a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. Highlight is a one-time $20 charge for one week of labeled highlight placement. Nothing renews automatically.
