Terms of Service
These terms govern access to ToolifyNav, including browsing the public directory, creating an account, submitting tools, and purchasing listing plans.

1. Using the Service
By using ToolifyNav, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Do not submit misleading listings, scrape the site in a way that degrades service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
2. What We Provide
ToolifyNav is a curated directory of AI tools. We do not own or operate the third-party products listed. Listing information is provided by submitters and may be edited during review. We aim for quality and accuracy but do not guarantee that every field is complete or up to date. Use linked tools at your own discretion.
3. Submissions & License
When you submit a tool, you represent that you have rights to the content you provide and that it does not infringe others’ rights. You grant ToolifyNav a non-exclusive license to display, store, and promote the listing in the directory and related marketing (for example collections or newsletters). You retain ownership of your product and brand. We may reject, edit for clarity, unpublish, or remove listings that fail review or violate policy.
4. Plans & Payments
Free, Pro, and Sponsor plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Pro includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee as described at purchase. Sponsor placements are coordinated manually and may involve custom terms. Taxes may apply based on your location and Stripe’s configuration.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account. Keep your email reachable for verification and security notices. Features that require a verified email may be limited until verification completes.
6. Limitations
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolifyNav is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues arising from third-party tools linked from the directory. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use only free features.
7. Changes
