Confirm GitHub/GitLab hooks and guest access before you migrate a quarter of tickets. If nobody will run triage, stay where you are — the software will not attend the meeting for you. Migrate one team, one cycle, with Git hooks on. If owners and cycle goals survive Friday, continue. If the board looks like a graveyard of untitled issues, stay on the old tracker until someone will run the meeting.

Confirm write access and timezone behavior before you connect a work calendar you share with an executive.
