Coursebox is aimed at trainers, HR teams and solo course creators who have the knowledge but not the instructional-design hours. You give it a goal, an audience and source material — a policy PDF, a slide deck, a manual — and it proposes a course outline, then drafts the full course in minutes. The company says more than 300,000 courses have been created on the platform across 180-plus countries, with common use cases including cybersecurity awareness, employee onboarding and patient-safety training.
Each course mixes formats the AI selects for the topic. Quizzes range from multiple choice and drag-and-drop to open answers, and written responses are graded by AI with explanations. Presenter-led videos are generated from the course content using 500+ avatars in more than 100 languages, or from an uploaded photo of yourself; existing PowerPoints can get AI voiceovers. Branching scenarios put learners into role-play situations — a sales call, a clinic, a childcare setting — where an AI character reacts to their choices. Diagrams, charts and images are generated on request or pulled from uploaded documents.
Courses can be delivered inside Coursebox's own LMS, which allows unlimited learners on every plan, or exported as PDF, HTML or SCORM for other platforms. Higher plans add branded portals, custom domains, self-hosted SCORM and LTI.
