ToolifyNav verdict
Loudly's strongest argument is not that its music beats every rival generator but that you can use it without worrying who owns it. Proprietary models trained to be rights-clear, commercial licenses on paid plans and YouTube whitelisting answer the question creators and brands ask first. The rest of the stack — mastering, SongDNA analysis, distribution with full royalty payout — makes it a reasonable home for independent artists experimenting with AI-assisted releases. The free plan is thin, and serious vocal work relies on one model. Content creators needing safe soundtracks are the clearest fit, starting with the Personal plan.
About
About Loudly
Loudly is a Berlin-based AI music company that pitches itself on two fronts: creative tooling and rights safety. Its generator lets you describe a track in text and choose among several models. Loudly's proprietary VEGA family covers instrumentals — VEGA 1 for fast scratch tracks, VEGA 2 for production-quality background music with control over instrumentation and arrangement, and VEGA 3, which applies agentic arrangement, mixing and FX during generation. MANTA 1 produces full songs with lyrics and vocals, and a partner Stability model handles sample generation.
Loudly says its own models are rights-cleared by architecture, with output cleared at the point of generation, while partner models run under commercial agreements. Licenses on paid plans cover commercial use, and the platform offers a YouTube channel whitelisting step to avoid takedown claims.
Beyond generation, the toolset includes a song remixer, AI mastering, a stem splitter, studio FX and sample packs. SongDNA analyzes an uploaded track — key, tempo, energy, mood, chords and structure — and turns that fingerprint into style prompts, Spotify playlist pitches, social captions and cover-art or video prompts. Loudly Distro releases music to more than 50 platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok and YouTube Music, with 100% of streaming royalties paid out.
An API serves apps and platforms that need on-demand royalty-free audio.
