If the team only wants a transcript in the doc after standup, Otter is less politics for the same hour. Notion AI is an amplifier of the workspace you have, including the ugly parts. ChatGPT and Claude remain better for long outside documents. Superhuman remains better for inbox. Typeahead remains better for local caret completion. Turn it on after teamspaces and guest rules are boringly correct. If you cannot explain who can see a page, you are not ready for a button that summarizes it. Confirm which AI features your plan actually includes — marketing pages and the seat you bought still drift.
