Notion AI is an amplifier of the workspace you have, including the ugly parts. ChatGPT and Claude remain better for long outside documents. Superhuman remains better for inbox. Typeahead remains better for local caret completion. Turn it on after teamspaces and guest rules are boringly correct. If you cannot explain who can see a page, you are not ready for a button that summarizes it. Confirm which AI features your plan actually includes — marketing pages and the seat you bought still drift.

Defensive calendar assistant that inserts habits and focus around the meetings you already accepted.

• People defending habits against meeting culture
• Makers who already accepted too many invites
• Pairing with a real task system, not replacing one

Verdict

Reclaim is infrastructure for time defense. Motion is a more aggressive personal OS. Taskade and Linear still own lists and issues. Roll it out after you write the habit-privacy rule and the override rule. If leadership will smash every focus block, the software cannot save the culture. Confirm which calendars are in scope — personal plus work is a different product than work-only. Write the habit-privacy rule in the same doc as the install instructions, not in a footnote legal will find later. If you cannot explain who sees a workout block, you are not ready.
