If you cannot explain who can see a page, you are not ready for a button that summarizes it. Confirm which AI features your plan actually includes — marketing pages and the seat you bought still drift.

Superhuman is for people whose bottleneck is the inbox and who will train. Gmail plus Typeahead is cheaper if the bottleneck is a sentence. HubSpot is the system if the bottleneck is the pipeline. Block the training hour or do not buy it. Confirm which mailbox providers and shared inboxes you actually use. Do not roll it out as a status symbol to people who live in Slack. Count the threads you answer in a real day. If the number is small, Superhuman is a luxury. If the number is the job, pay and train.
