It will not become a CRM, a support desk, or a project tracker. Pipeline still needs HubSpot or Salesforce. Superhuman accelerates messages. It does not design revenue.

The buyer is an operator who already lives in keyboard tools and answers dozens of threads a day. Casual inbox users will not extract enough value to justify the seat, and they should not be guilted into it.
