A sane team policy: enable it on external-facing channels first, teach people to reject tone suggestions that flatten brand voice, and never treat a green check as factual accuracy. Generation still belongs to ChatGPT or Claude. SEO grades still belong to Surfer or Clearscope. Translation still belongs to DeepL.

If the team writes only in one app with its own checker, you may be stacking nags.
Make reject-the-tone a spoken rule in onboarding. People treat the green check as a moral victory. It is a grammar pass. It is not a truth pass. A green check is not a fact check. Say that in onboarding.
